OpsGenie is a 3:rd party alert and incident response tool. Composer supports pushing application errors to OpsGenie.
OpsGenie can also forward alerts to other tools such as Slack and Atlassian Jira. It also supports SMS- and voice messages.
The following chapter describes how to integrate Composer with OpsGenie. Configuring OpsGenie itself is out-of-scope for this guide.

Configuring OpsGenie integration

OpsGenie integration settings can be found in the Settings window:

To enable the OpsGenie API, copy the API Key found in the Configuration Integrations in OpsGenie - use the key for Default API:

Licensing and support

OpsGenie is licensed separately from Composer, and licenses are provided by the vendor (Atlassian). RealSprint does not offer support for OpsGenie.
